Great detail! Product description is not accurate when stating "hood opens". Keep in mind it's a Pit Stop product so the wheels and undercarriage are plastic.

When originally purchasing this product I didn't expect the hood to open for the price. But, the description does state it has an ?opening hood?. I have purchased other cars for more money from NASCAR.com that have also stated ?opening hood? and have yet to this day received one that actually opens. I have informed NASACAR.com but they have done nothing to correct the information. Also, keep in mind the differences in who makes the cars. Pitstop cars all have plastic wheels and are lighter then others. I believe its Platinum that makes the better cars with rubber wheels and more weight. (?) I recently purchased a Dale Jr. #88 COT [...] Hopefully, this one will have the better wheels, opening hood, and more weight. Once received, I'll post a review.
