THE NASCARŽ NEXTEŽL INAUGURAL CHAMPIONSHIP SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES
- HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The NASCARŽ NextelŽ Inaugural Championship Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time ("E.T.") on Friday, 8/06/04 and ends at 11:59:59 AM E.T. on Saturday, 10/2/04. To enter: Go to store.nascar.com and, following the instructions, enter your name, complete address, day time phone number, e-mail address, age range, and favorite driver preference. After you have correctly entered all of the requested information, you will automatically be entered in the Promotion. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, unintelligible, incomplete, stolen or misdirected entries or mail. Limit: One (1) entry per person, per day.
- ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years and older, residing in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Residents of AK, HI, and PR are ineligible to enter or win. Employees, officers and directors of GSI Commerce Solutions, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Homestead-Miami Speedway, International Speedway Corporation, Turner Sports Interactive, Inc., The National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively to be referred to as "Sponsor, et al"), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid.
- RANDOM DRAWING & ODDS OF WINNING: Potential winners will be selected in an electronic random drawing to be conducted on or about 10/15/04 by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received through 11:59:59 AM E.T., 10/2/04. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decision shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Promotion.
- PRIZES: Grand Prize (2): Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a trip for two (2) to the 2004 FordŽ 400 Race Weekend, i.e. the Nextel Cup Series, the Busch Series, and the Craftsman Truck Series (collectively, the "Race") to be held at the Homestead-Miami Speedway from 11/19/04 through 11/21/04. Trip consists of two (2) round trip coach airfare tickets for each Grand Prize Winner departing 11/18/04 from the major airport closet to the Grand Prize Winner's residence to Miami International Airport and returning 11/22/04; 4 nights' (11/18/04 -11/21/04) hotel accommodations (one standard room; double occupancy); one compact car rental for five (5) days; two (2) VIP tickets and Hospitality Passes to the 11/21/04 Nextel Cup Series - Ford 400 Race; two (2) general admission tickets to the 11/19/04 Craftsman Truck Series - Ford 200 Race; two (2) general admission tickets to the 11/20/04 Busch Series - Ford 300 Race; two (2) daily pre-Race pit passes; two (2) event caps; two (2) event T-shirts; an online gift certificate redeemable for $250 worth of merchandise on the NASCAR.COM Superstore web site, store.nascar.com. All standard rules and regulations applicable to the Race and/or the Homestead-Miami Speedway apply. ARV: $6,900, depending on city of origin. Winners must be available to travel on designated dates. All trip accommodations and reservations will be as arranged by or on behalf of Sponsor. Grand Prize Winners must be able to travel on the dates stated above, i.e.,11/18/04 -11/22/04 or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and will be required to present government photo identification (e.g. driver's license) in order to receive travel documents. Grand Prize Winner must be the parent/legal guardian of a minor travel guest. Grand Prize Winner and travel guest must comply with all applicable airport/airlines rules and requirements. All costs not specially included above, such as meals; snacks; beverages; gratuities; telephone calls; mini-bar; incidentals; souvenirs, insurance; etc. or any other costs not expressly stated in Prize description are Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. First Prize (1): One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a NASCAR Nextel Cup banner signed by participating drivers and an online gift certificate redeemable for $250 worth of merchandise on the NASCAR.COM Superstore web site (store.nascar.com). ARV: $750. Total ARV of all Prizes: $7,650. Regardless of Prize won, Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash nor are they substitutable, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion, for a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
- AWARD OF PRIZES: Potential Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry. Potential Grand and First Prize Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone on or about 10/15/04. Potential Grand Prize Winners must personally respond to notification by return e-mail within three (3) calendar days after attempted notification or he/she may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. Upon receipt of Potential Grand Prize Winner's e-mail response, Sponsor will overnight mail an Affidavit of Compliance/Eligibility & Publicity/Liability Release ("Affidavit & Release"), and any such other Liability Releases as Sponsor, et al. may require, that Potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to Sponsor within five (5) calendar days of Sponsor's mailing said Affidavit & Release(s). If the Potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be personally contacted; is ineligible; the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or if the Potential Grand Prize Winner fails to promptly return the signed Affidavit & Release(s), Sponsor will, time allowing, select an alternate Potential Grand Prize Winner. If the Grand Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in name of Winner's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner's travel guest must also sign and return Publicity/Liability Release within stated time period. Limit: One Prize per person or household.
- INTERNET: Sponsor, et al. are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate in this or any future Promotion. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and select Prize winners from among the valid entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor, et al. are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming. Any use of robotic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries and disqualify any entrants using such methods. Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Sweepstakes will be by collected by Sponsor, and such information will be treated in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy stated at www.nascar.com/guides/about/privacy.html.
- GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding as regards all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Acceptance of Prize constitutes Winner's consent to the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide, as determined by Sponsor, in any medium whatsoever, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. By entering the Promotion, participants further agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor et al., and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, rising out of the acceptance, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of any Prize and/or participation in this Promotion. All entries become property of Sponsor. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Void in AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
