Customer service was great when I called that my new shirt arrived with a small hole under the arm, but unfortunately the shirt was backordered and I wouldn't get it in time to wear in October. My biggest complaint is the cheap quality of the shirt for the price paid. It's thin, cheap, rough, and not worth the price, but I wanted something for October. I will buy from NASCAR.com again, but I'm going to very wary of buying t-shirts from them again.
