In honor of the great Buddy Baker, Lionel NASCAR Collectibles is proud to produce the die-cast of the No. 15 Norris Industries Ford Torino that Baker wheeled around the track in 1976. Owned by the legendary Bud Moore, this 76’ Ford Torino gave Ford its first win that year in the Winston 500 at Talladega Superspeedway. Regarded in stock car racing as one of the fastest of all top drivers, Baker was the first driver to win the “Big Four”—Daytona, Talladega, Darlington, and Charlotte and went on to complete a successful 34-year NASCAR premier series run. Baker finished his career with 19 circuit wins and 202 top five finishes. In 1997, he was inducted into the International Motorsports hall of fame. This 1:24 scale platinum die-cast features highly-realistic details that will definitely commemorate this NASCAR legend’s incredible career!
